Office Hours: To
service your needs, our office is open seven days a week, 9 am - 5
pm.
Reservations: Units are available for you to preview January
through May, when unoccupied. One-half of your rental fee, plus a
$50 non-refundable administrative fee, is required upon making a
reservation. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Personal checks, money orders, VISA, Master Card, and
Discover are accepted for deposits.
Tax: All rental rates are subject
to a 6% Maryland Sales Tax and a 4.5% County Room
Tax.
Check In: Check-in time is between
3 pm and 5 pm. No keys will be given out until 3 pm. If you will be
arriving after 5 pm, arrangements must be made with the office for
late arrival. If guests have not checked in within 24 hours of the
reservation date, unless prior notification has been made, the
deposit will be forfeited and the unit re-rented.
Accidental or Intended
Damage: The signing occupant of the unit is financially
responsible for any damage to the property, whether made by
himself, his family, or his guests.
Non-Smoking Units: Should we
determine that during a guest stay the non-smoking property rules
have been violated, a $200 fumigation charge will be levied to the
guest.
What to Bring: No linens, towels,
blankets, or paper products are furnished unless noted on the
lodging agreement. Kitchens are furnished with dishes, flatware,
cooking utensils, glasses, toaster, and coffee
maker.
Telephones: There is no charge for
local calls, however you must use either a calling card or credit
card for long distance service.
Grills: Fire ordinance will not
allow charcoal or gas grills in any multiple-unit
building.
Check Out: Please check out
promptly by 10 am so the property may be readied for the next
guest.
Please leave the property neat and
orderly, including:
1. Please remove all food from
kitchen.
2. Clean all dishes, pots, utensils
and return to proper cabinets.
3. Make Beds.
4. Furniture should be arranged as
it was found.
5. Please close all windows and
lock the doors when leaving and return the keys promptly to our
office.
Cancellation: In the
event of cancellation and if Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. is
able to find a new guest for the time period you had reserved, you
will be refunded the balance of your initial deposit less a
cancellation fee. If the unit cannot be re-rented, the entire
amount will be forfeited. All cancellations must be in
writing.
